Defensive AK 101

AK 101 is an ideal opportunity for AK carbine shooters who wish to acquire fundamental skills that will be a gateway to becoming a safe, efficient, and effective AK rifle handler. Phobos Solutions’ AK 101 course shooters will gain experience and practice with:

Subjects Covered:

• Rifle Nomenclature, Safe Handling, and Maintenance
• Carry and Deployment Techniques
• Marksmanship Fundamentals
• Rifle zeroing
• Loading and Unloading Procedures
• Safe Clearance of Malfunctions

The Phobos’ AK 101 Course enrollment is for an approximately eight hour block of training. The items need to attend this course are:

• AK platform rifle (any caliber)
• 350 rounds of conducive ammunition (NO AP ammo)
• At least two rifle magazines (more is great)
• Slings are recommended
• Eye and ear protection
• Durable pants and shirt (preferably long sleeve)
• Appropriate foot wear
• Sufficient water and food to sustain eight hours of training in any kind of weather
